Last updated 12 September 2026. This policy covers the website at www.senyaspas.com. It does not cover our Alibaba.com storefront, which is governed by Alibaba.com’s own terms, nor email correspondence that takes place outside this website.

Who we are

Guangzhou Senya Sauna Swimming Pool Equipment Co., Ltd. manufactures sauna rooms, steam generators and swimming pool equipment in Guangzhou, China, and sells to businesses worldwide. We are the controller of the personal data described here.

What we collect

Through the enquiry form

Required: your name, your email address, your country, and the message you write.

Optional — only if you fill them in: company name, phone or WhatsApp number, product interest, project type, quantity, voltage, and room size in millimetres. You may also attach drawings, photographs or specification documents, up to 10 MB each.

We do not ask for special category data (for example health data) and we never ask for payment card details through this form. Please do not send them.

What happens to an enquiry

Your enquiry is written to our own database and any attachment is stored in private file storage; both are held with our database provider, Supabase. We then receive an email notification through our transactional email provider so that a member of our export team can reply. The team replies by email or WhatsApp, using the details you gave us.

Analytics and advertising measurement

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-S91CPTQGZX). It records which pages are viewed, an approximate location derived from your IP address, your device and browser type, and the site that referred you. We also record a lead event when an enquiry is submitted successfully, so that we can tell which pages bring in real enquiries rather than just visits.

We also advertise on Google search, and use Google’s advertising measurement to see which of those ads lead to enquiries. That measurement runs on the same Google tag and the same Google cookies as Analytics. Google sets these cookies only after you accept the cookie notice; until then the tag runs without them. Your enquiry reaches us either way.

Hosting

This website is served from Alibaba Cloud infrastructure in Hong Kong. Like most web servers, it processes your IP address in order to deliver the page to you.

What we do not collect

There are no user accounts and no passwords on this site. Nothing is sold on this site and we never collect payment card data. We run no tracking pixels from anyone other than Google, and only the measurement described above.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making and we do not profile you.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not pass it to anyone except the processors listed below. We use service providers who process data on our behalf: Supabase (enquiry records and uploaded files), Google (Analytics and advertising measurement), Alibaba Cloud (hosting this website), and our transactional email provider (delivering the internal notification that a new enquiry has arrived). Each is bound to use the data only to deliver its service to us.

Some of these providers store data outside your country, including in the European Economic Area and the United States. Where the law requires it, we rely on standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any business relationship that follows, and afterwards for as long as we are required to keep commercial records. When that period ends we delete them.

You can ask us to delete your enquiry and any files you sent at any time and we will do so, unless we are legally required to keep a record.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
• ask us to correct it if it is wrong;
• ask us to delete it;
• ask us to restrict or object to how we use it;
• ask for it in a portable format;
• withdraw consent you previously gave, without affecting what we did before;
• complain to your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these, write to manager@senyaspas.com. We will respond within 30 days. We will not charge you, and we will not treat you differently for asking.

If you are in China, these rights are provided under the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL). If you are in California, you have the right to know what we collect and to request its deletion, and we do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies of its own. The only cookies are those set by Google, described above: the Analytics cookies and, because we advertise on Google search, the advertising measurement cookies that show which ads lead to enquiries. Both are set only after you accept the cookie notice. You can change your mind at any time by clearing the choice in your browser settings or by deleting this site’s stored data; you can also block or delete cookies in your browser or with an extension. The website and the enquiry form both keep working either way.

Security

Enquiries travel over HTTPS. Uploaded files are held in private storage that is not publicly readable, and internal access is limited to the staff who handle enquiries.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and change the date at the top.
