Enquiry
Send the cabin type, quantity and destination. A drawing or a set of dimensions is enough to start.

Selection and sizing
We confirm the model, timber, power and voltage against your room and market.

Engineering drawing
A dimensioned fabrication drawing goes back to you for approval.
- 04
Fabrication
Cabin bodies, panels and equipment are built to that drawing in the Baiyun workshop.

Testing and inspection
Electrical and function testing before packing, with the packing list checked against the order.

Delivery and handover
Shipment, installation guidance and operation training for the site team.
Materials
What the room is made of.
Five timbers, held in stock and cut to the drawing — red cedar, hemlock, Finnish pine and spruce, abachi and carbonized abachi. The board you specify is the board we run.
Western red cedar
Canada / Pacific Northwest
The classic sauna timber — naturally rot-resistant, aromatic, dimensionally stable.
Hemlock
Canada
Tight, even grain and good strength — the structural workhorse of the range.
Finnish pine & European spruce
Finland and Northern Europe
Pale, bright and the lowest cost of the group — the volume option.
Abachi
West and Central Africa
The bench-face timber — the lowest heat conductivity of anything we stock, so it stays comfortable against skin.
Carbonized abachi
West and Central Africa, heat treated
The same fine grain as abachi, but darker and far more tolerant of moisture.
