Certifications & warranty
Documented, tested, and warrantied for a year.
Sauna rooms, sauna heaters and steam generators each hold an attestation of conformity under the EMC Directive and the Low Voltage Directive, issued by UDEM in Ankara and registered to 7 September 2031. The documents themselves are reproduced below.
Certification
What is documented.
Compliance is model-specific. Rather than publishing a wall of marks, we confirm the applicable certification for the exact unit you order and send the documents with it.
- Component certification
- The imported heater and control ranges we supply carry their own product certification, issued to the manufacturer. Copies of the applicable certificates are supplied with order documentation on request.
- Market compliance
- Electrical configuration — voltage, phase and frequency — is specified against the destination market before production. Tell us the country and we confirm which marks apply to the model you are ordering.
- Testing before shipment
- Each generator and heater is function-tested and electrically checked before packing, and the packing list is reconciled against the order.
The certificates
Six documents, open to inspection.
Each attestation as issued. Open one to read it at full size — the standards and the covered model list are further down the page.

Generators and heaters are function-tested and checked before packing.
- 04
Packing and reconciliation
The packing list is checked against the order before the container is closed.

Request certification copies or a spec sheet.
Tell us the model and the destination country. We will send the applicable documents and the full specification table for that unit.
Ask us what applies to your order.
Model, destination country and the site power supply — with those three we can confirm certification, sizing and lead time.
