MOQ
What is the minimum order quantity?
One unit. A single cabin, a single cold plunge tub or a single steam generator is a valid order — the minimum is one unit, not a container, and there is no distributor-only tier above it.
Sauna accessories are the one line that carries a higher minimum: 50 pieces.
Mixed orders are the normal case. A cabin, its cladding, its generator, its heater and its fittings for one project are supplied together on one packing list, so a single order can cover a whole room rather than one product line.
- Minimum order
- 1 unit on every line except sauna accessories
- Sauna accessories
- 50 pieces
- Private wellness rooms
- A single cabin for a house or a villa is a valid order.
Lead time
How long does production take?
About 40 days — counted from drawing approval, not from the enquiry. The clock starts when you approve the fabrication drawing.
Everything before that is the enquiry, the model and sizing check, and the drawing itself: we confirm the model, timber, power and voltage against your room and your market, then return a dimensioned fabrication drawing for approval.
An enquiry is answered within one working day, Guangzhou time. Working hours are Monday to Saturday, 09:00–18:00 (UTC+8).

Voltage
Which voltage and phase can the equipment be supplied in?
The steam generator tables list 220 V single phase (the ST range) and 220 / 380 V with 1 / 3 phase options (the FAN range), sized from the room volume.
Electrical configuration — voltage, phase and frequency — is specified against the destination market before production. Tell us the country and we confirm which configuration applies to the exact model you are ordering.

Timber selection
Which timber should we specify?
Five timbers are held in stock and cut to the drawing: Western red cedar, hemlock, Finnish pine and European spruce, abachi, and carbonized abachi.
Cedar is the timber for humid or coastal sites and for rooms where the wood is meant to be seen. Hemlock is the structural workhorse — cabin bodies, frames and bench structure. Finnish pine and spruce is the volume and budget option. Abachi is the bench-face timber, because it has the lowest heat conductivity of anything we stock and so stays comfortable against skin. Carbonized abachi is the same fine grain, darker and far more tolerant of moisture, for wet rooms and high-use commercial work.
Two things worth knowing before you choose: cedar colour varies from pale straw to deep brown within a single order, so we select to your preference, and abachi is soft — it wants care during site handling and a dry installation environment.
Timber selection guide — specifications confirmed per order| Timber | Choose it for | Watch for |
|---|
| Western red cedar | Humid or coastal sites; visible timber in premium rooms | Natural colour variation within one order — selected to your preference |
| Hemlock | Cabin bodies, frames and bench structure at a uniform look | Figured grade reads busy; straight grain is scarcer and priced higher |
| Finnish pine & spruce | Volume panelling and budget-led orders | Sound knots in the standard grade |
| Abachi | Bench faces and backrests — coolest to the touch | Soft surface; wants a dry installation environment |
| Carbonized abachi | Wet rooms, humid climates, high-use commercial work | More brittle than abachi, and dearer |

Packaging and shipping
How are the goods packed, and how are freight terms set?
Units are crated in a wooden box. The inflatable cold plunge models travel in a carton instead.
Packing dimensions and volume are quoted per model: the specification tables give the carton or wooden box size in centimetres and the volume in cubic metres, model by model.
Freight terms are quoted per project and confirmed in writing before production begins. Send the destination country with the enquiry and the shipment is quoted with the equipment.

Warranty
What does the warranty cover?
One year from delivery, covering manufacturing defects in the equipment and the room body.
It does not cover damage in transit after handover, incorrect site power, water quality or scale build-up, or unauthorised modification. Spare parts and technical support continue to be available after the term ends.
The scope that applies to your order is issued in writing with the order documentation, so the terms you hold are the terms for your model and your market.

OEM and drawing process
Can you build under our brand, and how does the drawing work?
Yes — OEM and ODM are offered: your model numbers, your packaging and your drawings, or ours to adapt. Non-standard fabrication is the normal order rather than an exception.
Four things start the process: the cabin type and quantity, a drawing or just length, width and height in millimetres, the power supply on site as it will actually be wired, and the destination.
We then return a dimensioned fabrication drawing for your approval. Room bodies and panels are cut to that drawing — not to a stock size — and fabrication, testing and packing follow approval.

Custom sizes
Can the room be built to a size we choose?
Yes, and it is the normal case rather than an exception. Cabin bodies and panels are cut to your drawing rather than to a stock size list, so the corner you actually have decides the dimensions instead of the other way round.
Send the cabin type and quantity, a drawing or just length, width and height in millimetres, the supply on site as it will really be wired, and the destination. The dimensioned fabrication drawing comes back for approval before anything is cut.
- Standard sizes
- Available — listed in the model tables on each product line

Sizing
How do we work out the heater or generator size?
From the room rather than from the model name. As a working rule a dry room takes roughly 1 kW per square metre of floor area, and a far infrared room roughly 0.8–0.9 kW per square metre. For steam, the room volume published in each generator row is the figure to confirm against before ordering.
Voltage follows the destination market rather than the workshop — European installations are commonly 230 V. A 220 V unit must not be connected to a 380 V supply: the over-voltage damages the heating element and the circuit board. A 380 V unit on a 220 V supply is the safe direction but runs well below its rated output, so the supply at the destination is confirmed against the order before production.
- Dry room (working rule)
- ≈ 1 kW per m² of floor area
- Far infrared room (working rule)
- ≈ 0.8–0.9 kW per m² of floor area
- Voltage
- Confirmed against the destination supply before production
Testing
Is the equipment tested before it is packed?
Every electrical unit is powered up and run before it is packed: the steam generator has to produce steam and water correctly, and the controller display and keys have to respond. Packing follows that check.
Room bodies and fittings are checked item by item against the configuration list — board count, hardware, heater or generator, explosion-proof light, glass and door components, and the optional items — and boards are rejected for cracks, mould or excessive colour variation. Earthing has to be correct, with a conductor of at least 4 mm².

- Panels and fittings

- Records
- A pre-shipment inspection record is kept with the order
Terms
What are the trade terms and the payment schedule?
FOB or CIF by agreement. The incoterm, the port and the price basis are set in the contract for the order rather than published here. Production starts once the deposit is received, and the balance is settled before shipment; the split is agreed per order.
Freight does not include warehousing-in, unloading or forklift charges at the receiving warehouse. Those are confirmed with the warehouse before dispatch, so a shipment is not refused on arrival over a charge nobody expected.
- Incoterm
- FOB or CIF, as agreed in the contract
- Payment
- Deposit starts production, balance before shipment
- Not included in freight
- Warehousing-in, unloading and forklift charges
Packing marks
How are the crates marked?
Boards and fittings are crated by type. Fragile components — the explosion-proof light, the glass and the control panel — are cushioned separately and marked fragile / handle with care / keep dry.
Each crate carries the model, the serial number and the voltage, so a crate can be identified against the packing list without opening it.

Documents
Which documents come with a shipment?
The shipping set is the commercial invoice, the packing list and the bill of lading, plus a certificate of origin and anything further the destination or your forwarder requires.
Certificates for the imported heater and control ranges are held on file, and copies are supplied with the order documentation on request.
