Buying direct does not put a distributor-only minimum in front of you. One unit is a valid order on every line except sauna accessories, which carry a 50-piece minimum, and the first order can be a single cabin — the difference between a private room and a rolling programme is the quantity on the drawing, not a tier you have to qualify for.

Commercial terms
Four terms apply to every order, whatever the size. Everything beyond them — the incoterm, the port, the price basis and the payment split — is set per project and confirmed in writing before production begins.

How a programme runs
The sequence is the same for one cabin and for a rolling order list. Nothing is cut before the drawing is approved.
- Enquiry
- Send the cabin type, quantity and destination. A drawing or a set of dimensions is enough to start.
- Selection and sizing
- We confirm the model, timber, power and voltage against your room and market.
- Engineering drawing
- A dimensioned fabrication drawing goes back to you for approval.
- Fabrication
- Cabin bodies, panels and equipment are built to that drawing in the Baiyun workshop.
- Testing and inspection
- Electrical and function testing before packing, with the packing list checked against the order.
- Delivery and handover
- Shipment, installation guidance and operation training for the site team.

Export documents and packing
Units are crated in a wooden box; the inflatable cold plunge models travel in a carton. Box or carton dimensions and volume are quoted per model, so a forwarder can be asked for a rate before the order is placed.
